How to get to the Meeting
Airports near the venue in the Hotel Eden Roc in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, about 100 km north of Barcelona, are Barcelona Airport (El Prat) and Girona Airport.

Assuming that the majority of participants arrive at Barcelona Aiport we here describe the options of getting to the meeting venue from Barcelona in more detail. You have several options:
DESI meeting bus (recommended)
We will provide a private bus to transport participants from Barcelona, either Barcelona airport Terminal 1 or bus station Estació d'Autobusos Barcelona Nord in the center (map). Use the registration form to indicate whether you want to use the DESI meeting bus and where you want to be picked up/dropped off.
The pick-up points and times for the journey from Barcelona to the venue are:
- Tuesday, 16 Oct 2018, 10:30, Barcelona Airport Terminal 1
- Tuesday, 16 Oct 2018, 11:00, bus station Estació d'Autobusos Barcelona Nord
If you arrive to Airport Terminal 2, you can switch to Terminal 1 with an airport free shuttle, but this transfer may take at least 15 minutes.
The return journey on Saturday, 20 Oct 2018 starts at the venue hotel and passes through the same stops, bus station Estació d'Autobusos Barcelona and Barcelona Airport (the bus will depart at noon and will take approx 1h30m to the Barcelona bus station and 2h to the airport).
The cost of the transportation is included in the registration fee.

You can come by car. From Barcelona Airport the route is as follows:
