Destination: The hotel is located in the small town of S'Agaró, in the Costa Brava, Spain (link to Google maps). The hotel has many facilities including an outside swimming pool and a gym (free of charge), a spa and another inner climatized swimming pool. To get to the hotel, the directions of Google maps are generally accurate, including those regarding public transportation and their schedules. Regardless, we include some information below, and anyone should feel free to contact the organizers with questions.

There are two airports close to the hotel:

Primary Airport: Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN). This is the main Barcelona airport, and has many international connections, including flights from the US.

Public Transportation: There is a bus service that runs from the airport to S'Agaró, operated by the company Moventis (link to buy online tickets). The price of the service is around 20 Euros each way, and it takes about 2 hours from the airport to S'Agaró. The keynames of the stops are: "Barcelona, T1 Aeroport", "Barcelona, T2 Aeroport" and "S'agaro".

Bus Arranged by the Organization: We will arrange a shuttle bus service from the Barcelona-El Prat Airport which will also stop in the city. This will go to S'Agaró on Sunday and return Friday after the last sessions. The departure times and details will be communicated closer to the event

If people are renting a car, the hotel will provide us parking space for free, so car rental is also a possible option. From the BCN airport, S'Agaró is 1 hour and 20 minutes away by car.
From Girona-Costa Brava Airport (GRO):

In this case, public transportation is not so clear. Taxi will be the best option, as the airport is just 30 mins away from the hotel.

Travel Tips:
1. Verify passport and visa requirements.
2. Check the weather forecast and pack accordingly. It will probably be nice and warm by late-May, but check some days before, just in case. It is likely that swim suits will be useful!
3. Currency: Euro (€) is the local currency.
4. Language: Catalan and Spanish are official; English is widely spoken.
5. COVID-19 Measures: Stay informed about travel restrictions and health protocols.
