Registration
The registration fee for the meeting is:
- Early Career Scientists (ECS): 300 EUR
- Senior researchers: 400 EUR
This fee includes venue costs, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, bus transportation from/to Barcelona (on Sunday and Friday), and other miscellaneous expenses.
Registration will open shortly and we will provide a link to the online payment. In the registration form, there will be a box to mark your intention to stay at the hotel of the conference, which is strongly encouraged, see below.
Hotel
Payment for the hotel will be made in person at the hotel premises during the conference. There will be options for room sharing (big rooms with two separated single beds) and single rooms. The prices will be approximately:

Shared room: 350 EUR/per person for the entire stay, Sunday to Friday, including all meals (70 EUR/ per day and per person).

Single room: 550 EUR/per person for the entire stay, Sunday to Friday, including all meals (110 EUR/ per day and per person).
The hotel fee will include all five breakfasts (Mon-Fri) lunches (Mon-Fri), four dinners (Sun-Tue, Thu), and the Conference Dinner (Wednesday).
Given the finite number of rooms in the hotel, we encourage participants (especially ECS) to opt for sharing double rooms. For members sharing rooms, we will take requests for people who want to share room together.
Only for participants that cannot pay in person at the hotel, they can pay the hotel by bank transfer to the following bank account:

Importantly, all attendees are strongly encouraged to stay at the hotel where the conference is happening. There are several reasons for this:

We have negotiated very competitive prices for the event (for instance, an ECS member sharing a room will pay a total of around 650 EUR including everything for the entire conference (registration fee, hotel room and all meals).

There are not many options close to the hotel, and car parking at the hotel will only be free for people staying at the hotel.

All meals will happen in the hotel, and people not staying at the hotel would need to pay for meals at the hotel separately, which would be more expensive for them.

Registration is complete after filling in the following Registration Form, and then proceeding to pay for the Registration Fee:
